Nashville Truck Accidents: Be Safe for the Summer!

Keep your eyes on those big trucks!

In the summer of 2013, as the economy improves, shipping and road traffic will increase as a result. This is the time when you cannot be too careful on the roads and interstate highways. Tractor trailer trucks will be transporting goods and materials to every point in Tennessee, for sale and for use in building and manufacturing. Additionally, the many interstates that connect the city of Nashville will be frequently used by these types of vehicles.

There is a very serious danger from any collision with these large trucks — even a slight impact at high speeds can throw your car out of control and injuries are likely to occur.

This is a good time to check you car insurance coverage. Be sure you have the high limits: at least $100,000/$300,000 liability, including uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, which should be at the same limits as your liability.

Don’t rely on the other driver to be careful and have insurance — be sure to be proactive and protect you and your family from car and truck accidents and most importantly, be safe and drive carefully. Your family loves and needs you.

Have a safe summer,
